Blog Resurrected
I have thought about this for a while and came to realize that I miss having a personal blog. I am not much of a blah-blah-blah blogger, I don’t make it my religion to tell the world what’s happening to me every minute of every day and every single thought about what is happening. I belong to myself in the first place and I don’t belong to any of you, neither my life or my thoughts… but there are some things that I don’t mind sharing and/or having a conversation. If you have something to say, feel free, leave a comment…if you have something to say to someone who had made a comment, go ahead and do that. I’ll join in the conversation as long as it doesn’t kill my braincells by stupidity, but, I have faith in ya’ll and know that most of you are quite intelligent and coherent people that also happen to be more sexually adventurous and deviant than the most.
I used to have a blogger blog and still have an active account on livejournal, but I like this platform much better for posting. I can’t really relate to the content on my blogger account anymore. I have evolved a lot since then and don’t want to mix my previous self and current self. I don’t want to delete it either, well… because it still brings me traffic, so it’s just gonna sit there kind of silently. Maybe I’ll delete it eventually if it dries up completely and becomes useless to me. I am keeping LJ account for now just to post some clip updates if there will be any.
The picture I took on the trip in Curacao in the hotel room. It had wicked neon lights in the bathroom. I wanted to do a shoot there but the damn toilet was always in the way.
Don’t expect me to be writing much about fake slaves, phone sessions and financial domination tributes unless it’s something extraordinary worth mentioning, then sure thing, I’ll post it. I will be posting occasional promotional blogs to keep you up to date with new content on trancetrap.com. I don’t really consider it spam, as my recordings are my little art projects that I like to share. Hopefully there will be more soon.
I am playing around with Acid Pro so this may take a bit of a time. I used to use Adobe’s Sound Booth and it was not enough as I wanted to play around more with loops… and I’m just realizing that I don’t have nearly enough of a loop library for my creative needs, so that thing will just have to keep on building. There is a definitely heavy electronic/industrial music influence on my latest and future recordings and I’m looking forward to making them only better and better. I may purge some of the old mp3s into retirement as their sound quality is not exactly up to par with my current standards. I have kind of a personal attachment to them as to any of the starting projects when you learn something new… when you can go back and say awww, that was so cute, I made that when I had no clue!
Hmm…more things to come… pictures! Definitely will be posting pictures. Some of the photography will be self-shot of my wonderful self, some of the other ones are just the pictures that I come across on the internet and find visually compelling. Oh, and videos too! I am sure everyone has/had some music videos that somehow influenced/made an impact on their life, I am not an exception. When I come across something that I either like or had an influence on me, it will be posted.
